- creation of objects/users in the software and their configuration
- hardware configuration (local and remote)
- initial equipment diagnostics
- processing the wishes of customers regarding the development of software and IoT products
- participation in setting tasks for programmers regarding the further development of the product
- writing manuals / instructions for equipment in all languages (Ukrainian, English)
- work with databases
- supporting related products
